Complete this application to request Thanksgiving meal assistance. Assistance is limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Applicants must live in Aurora or Denver. Only one application is permitted per household.

"Coaching services provided through Brighter Future Community Foundation are educational and supportive in nature. Coaching is not a substitute for licensed medical, mental health, or legal services. Individuals needing those services will be referred to qualified professionals when appropriate."

Brighter Future Community Foundation offers life and health coaching designed to help individuals and families overcome challenges, set goals, and build a brighter future.
